16px;"《礼记云:“凉风至,白露降,寒蝉鸣”,9月7日迎来今年的二十四节气之一——白露。《月令七十二候集解曰:“水土湿气凝而为露,秋属金,金色白,白者露之色,而气始寒也”,此时阴气渐重,露凝而白,故名白露。随着白露来临,我国北方地区普遍气温下降,秋高气爽,呈现出典型的秋季气候,而广东地区秋老虎也正缓慢撤离,气温下降速度逐渐加快,昼夜温差增大。因而,白露节气前后,中医养生应当注重护阳养阴,防寒保暖。/spanbr//p/section/section/section/section/sectionsectionbr//sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionpspan 16px;"随着暑气渐渐退去,气温开始徐徐下降,据统计以往华南地区白露期间的平均气温要比处暑低3℃左右,间中有绵绵阵雨,但整体雨量减少,气候多以晴热干燥为主。秋气与肺气相通,中医所说“燥胜则干”即是指肺为清虚娇嫩之脏,不耐燥热,燥气偏胜则易伤肺阴,从而出现皮肤及黏膜干燥等阴伤肺燥的症状。肺喜润恶燥,正如《饮膳正要所说:“秋气燥,宜食麻以润其燥”,应当选择柔润之品以润肺燥。/span/p/section/sectionsectionspan style="font-size: 16px;"br/秋天,是各类坚果收获的季节。坚果多为植物种子的子叶或胚乳,是植物的精华所在,营养价值很高,多具有滋阴养颜、润肺健脾、益肾补脑、润肠通便等功效,是的滋养补品。秋季气候干燥,可适当食用杏仁、核桃、腰果、松仁、板栗、黑芝麻、花生、葵瓜子等坚果类食品,能起到很好的养阴润燥作用,对身体大有裨益。但不宜选购烘焙、翻炒过度或调味过重的坚果,此类坚果食用过多反而容易加重温燥症状。由于坚果大多热量较高,脂肪含量丰富,每日一小把即可,不宜多食,以免过于滋腻容易加重胃肠负担出现饱胀、腹泻症状,或脂肪摄入过量而致肥胖。/span/sectionsectionbr//sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionbr//section/sectionsectionsectionbr//section/section/sectionsectionbr//sectionsectionsectionpspan 16px;"“春茶苦,夏茶涩,要好喝,秋白露”,茶树经过炎炎夏日的煎熬,酝酿出茶叶香醇的品性。秋茶的滋味和汤色介于春茶和夏茶之间,茶香清幽、温和。但由于秋天雨量减少、气候干燥,且茶树经过春夏两季的采收,秋茶轻薄瘦小,其内含的营养成分并不如春茶。秋天的白露茶品的是一份健康,更是一份对自然平淡、质朴的回归。虽不及春茶的香气馥郁,但胜过夏茶的干涩味苦,白露茶粗饮则滋味单薄、香气平淡,细细品来却有一份独特的淡雅芬芳、甘醇持久,因而尤其受到老茶客的青睐。/span/ppspan style="font-size: 16px;"br/“秋三月,此谓容平”,养阴护阳,当以平为期。白露茶幽香平和,与秋气为相合,且时下气候渐干燥,人多易咽干口燥,适当饮茶可以生津、润燥、醒脑,十分适宜秋季养生保健。随着炎夏过去,藉着秋气,滋润补养的菜式也渐渐在饭桌上多见,茶汤中的芳香族化合物有助于油脂的分解,饱吃一顿丰富滋腻的食物后,不妨饮茶一杯帮助肉类和油脂类食物的消化。白露品茶虽好,但亦不宜贪杯,茶叶中的茶碱、咖啡因等具有兴奋大脑的作用,因而秋茶更宜白天品尝,能起到很好的解渴提神、缓解秋乏的作用,夜晚不宜多喝以免影响睡眠。/spanbr//psectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionbr//sectionsectionsectionpspan 16px;"白露时节,天地之气阳消阴长的趋势愈加明显,“秋老虎”逐渐退出天气舞台,正如民谚所说:“白露秋分夜,一夜冷一夜”,目前气温下降幅度正逐渐加大,早晚温差明显。广东地区于白露节气前后虽以晴热天气为主,亦容易出现连绵细雨。随着雨水降临,气温则迅速下降,绵绵细雨夹杂着秋风的阴凉,稍有不慎则容易着凉感冒。/spanspan style="font-size: 16px;"天气转凉,应当改变空调和电扇的使用频率,早晚气温偏低,宜将空调的温度调高或尽量不开空调。燥胜伤阴,长时间逗留于空调房内,会加重黏膜及肌肤干燥等症状,且室内空气不流通,致病微生物容易滋生,病菌容易乘虚而入。“虚邪贼风,避之有时”,老人、小孩和体弱之人更应注意早晚添衣,夜卧不可贪凉,凉席上宜铺上薄床单,切忌袒胸露背,所谓“白露不露身,早晚需叮咛”说的就是这个道理。风寒之邪易袭阳位、易伤阳气,头、颈、背部则首当其冲。体格强健的朋友,“秋冻”亦不宜让头、颈、背受寒。出行在外,如在长途客车、火车、飞机上的旅客,可带上长袖薄外套以备不时之需,尤其女士可披上披肩防寒护体、保暖防病。/span/psectionbr//sectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionsectionpspan 16px;"秋气敛降,人体的精、气、神与之感应亦趋于收敛降潜的趋势,因而随着秋意渐浓,人体容易出现精神萎靡之秋乏症状以及莫名的心情低落之“悲秋”情绪。此外,大脑松果体分泌的褪黑素具有镇静、催眠等作用,秋天日照强度降低、日照时间缩短,人体分泌的褪黑素随之相应增多,对人体的持续影响时间延长。由于褪黑素能够抑制肾上腺素及甲状腺素等激素的分泌,人体更容易出现精力下降、情绪消极等现象。/spanspan style="font-size: 16px;"随着酷暑离去,“秋老虎”难再发威,白天可适当晒太阳,通过增加对阳光的接触可减少褪黑素的分泌,改善身心疲惫的状况,以保证人体饱满的精神和积极的心态。晒太阳应避开阳光猛烈、紫外线较强的时段,建议在每天早上10点前或下午4点后晒太阳,持续时间一般不宜超过30分钟,以防止紫外线灼伤。秋风送爽,白露过后更是开展各种户外活动的大好时机。周末不妨约上三五知己或一家老小走出家门,到户外散步、野餐、骑车、登高远眺,或到海边轻踏绵绵细沙,或到果园、田野去参与短时间的农家乐活动等等,既能够感受大自然的美景、秋天收获的气息,又能达到锻炼身体、愉悦心情的目的。/span/sectionsectionsectionsectionpbr//p/section/section/sectionpspan
